MISSION STATEMENT — Birthed from the passion of local Nashville bartenders, Drink Lab aims to consistently push the boundaries of what we expect in a cocktail experience. Through new exotic and creative ingredients, fresh takes on the classics, and a scientific approach to the crafting of a truly perfect cocktail; we hope to consistently surprise and delight our test subjects.

We seek to not only provide a great cocktail tasting experience, but also push the boundaries of ambience and atmosphere. From pop-up theme parties with spontaneously curated libation accompaniment, to state-of-the-art video projection, audio systems, and lighting effects; we promise to create an unexpected and unforgettable experience for all participants in these trials.
